    Uncomplicated and convenient. I needed financing for a car purchase. Made a phone call to tell them what I wanted, filled out the application online, a couple more phone calls to answer my questions and mission accomplished. Extremely helpful through whole process.

    They seem to be Ok until you are late with a payment. They say you have a 16 day grace period to pay after the due date. But in reality it's still due so they charge you during the grace period another months premium. But fail to tell you that!! So in order to make your next month payment that you actually have to pay 2 months premiums for the next payment before you can go back to the regular payment price. So much for a " grace period!! " DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD BUSINESS JUDGMENT CALL!!

    Becky and Janet Gould from that office have shown themselves to be not in full understanding of their scope of work. The level of customer service is null. I was embarrassed by Becky on a three way call with a business associate. She was argumentative and took 4 hours to (and 2 days) to present me with two quotes. In the end, I did not receive the quotes or COI which I requested. Not only that! But the personnel made this a very personal situation as Becky assumed I was unable to afford the vehicles for which i requested quotes. She even said to me in a very nasty tone that if i wanted that truck id need to bring her a couple thousand dollars. My associate was floored and couldn't help but to comment by the appalling way this office "conducts business". I am a grassroots small business doing all I can to support local small business. But I WILL NEVER acknowledge this agent; and will continue to report their unprofessionalism, prejudiced perspective, and lack of common courtesy. 8/15/17

    Even when our policy isn't up for review, they contact us to let us know whats best for us and gives us the information to make a better policy decision. Getting us the best value for our business and home/vehicles they think ahead of the game instead of when there an issue. They care about their customers, I highly recommend them!
